This Made Me Blush

Jenni from Pupulandia thinks I rock which, of course, feels very nice.

I’ll give this one out to Sugar Kane. She might be a newbie but I’m sure she’s got some potential.

I wanted to give a comment to the glasswear post but for some reason giving comments has been unabled (perhaps by accident?). I am a passionate lover of old Finnish glass design. Unfortunately I don’t own old glass objects myself but it doesn’t stop me from admiring them. Among the designers you mentioned in your text, I really appreciate Timo Sarpaneva’s work. Overall, I really love Scandinavian and Finnish design from the beginning of the 20th century to the current moment, but my favourite period in design history is from the 50s until the 70s. :)

    Shoot! My bad, sorry.

I love Sarpaneva’s designs too. After my matriculation my aunt gave me a beautiful limited edition bowl (??) that was designed by Sarpaneva. It was signed and numbered. Well, it was placed on my bookself. My ex lost his grip on book or something and it hit the bowl. The bowl didn’t break which was a tiny miracle but the border of the bowl got chipped. Needless to say he got to keep the bowl when we separated. :)
